Yes. I do crazy makeup often, but I know when and where to do it. If you work in a place like a hospital, chances are you know what is expected of you as far as looks.

 while I think her makeup is a bit much if she has been wearing it at work for 3 years it does seem a bit odd that they suddenly cared

Here makeup is a bit much, but they should have told her when she was first hired on about the make up. Not all of a sudden tell her after 3 and half years. I think it was a set up so they could fire her. This is ridiculous.

I do agree, they should have said something to her when they interviewed her for the job, maybe a new boss or administrator took over or a patient complained........you know when one complains they seem to jump anymore, no longer a majority.......
