The new ‘P50 Peel’ is alleged to be ‘the world’s smallest production car.’ This car has only three wheels, 48 inches high, max for only one person, speeds up to 28 mph in ten seconds. ‘P50 Peel’ looks a little retro, but every nut and bolt may express its modernity.  It's top speed is only 38 mph, in Europe that's a decent speed for inside the city limits.
