13months ago...... (dell laptop related) & MAD!

Ok so 13months ago I was blessed with a dell influencer from cafemom & dell!
Now after the WONDERFUL 'warranty' was finally expired, my beautiful dell baby screen went white screen! & now I did call the 'tech support' & they said, "buy the extended warranty & we'll fix your laptop." (ok I guess.)
So I went onto dell website & the 'extended warranty' & it's costs over $200!!!! I don't have that kind of $$$$$ Oyi!
I'm so bummed & mad.

I'm going to call dell on Monday & yell at them!

In my experience, Dell computers suck anyway lol. I've had 2 and they both game me problems. I've had an HP for about a year now with no problems at all.
