How do I improve a low resolution pic on my hard drive? I cant take another pic with a better camera because its a pic of a pic and the original is atleast an hr drive? Its for a bday gift for my df. Im not very high tech so please expline in easy terms. lol

You can't. Low resolution means there aren't very many pixels. Pixels are the tiny dots of color that make up a digital photo. There's no way to add more pixels to a photo. All you can do is use a photo editing program to try to adjust the brightness, sharpen it, etc.
