1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups flour
Start by mixing the mashed bananas, sugar, egg and margarine together and stir well.Set aside. In a seperate bowl, mix together baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour.Mix wet and dry ingredients together.Pour into greased muffin tins, andbake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approx 20 minutes.Let cool and Enjoy!!!
These are truely a family favorite in my house. my kids love them and my husband. They are great in the mornings on the go, in school lunches and for after school snacks :)
They are much more flavourful the next day and they also freeze very well!
Optional: If you prefer you can also throw in to the batter before baking a handfull of chopped walnuts for added flavour and texture or 1/4 of chippits chocolatechips. Yum.
