Since I miscarried not long ago, not sure when my ovulation is this month and haven't used the opk's. But I "think" I did 4 days ago because usally I get cramps just that day. Well I have been having them everyday since then. This is what happened last month ever since ovulation til the day I found out I was pregnant....and it is way too early to test. Do you other ladies have cramps for days after ovualtion?

yes my cramps lasted maybe one if not two days after ovulation..

I still have them today, this is the fourth day...it's aggravating lol

Yes, I cramp from O to AF off and on. I hear it's a good sign usually... baby dust to you!
