Quick Tip to Avoid Overeating at Thanksgiving
Just wanted to share a quick tip for this week. I know Thanksgiving is full of yummy foods that most of us don't cook on a regular basis therefore feel we have to eat as much as we can LOL.
Make sure before you head out to that big meal to snack on something light. For me it will be drinking my Vi Shape Up Shake for a late breakfast. Those things are so yummy and keep my full. This way I won't have that urge to overeat come meal time :) and will have lots of energy to play with family!!
