What do you do to relieve stress?
To go from this:
i'm a big user of mindfulness which is basically taking some time(even 5 or 10 minues) and focusing on one thing. I have found that if I get to write or color or read for even a short amount of time it helps relieve stress. I have learned this through therapists who have helped me with my bipolar and it has been so valuable!
Music tends to calm me down usually.
I had a stressful moment today, aiden was having a meltdown. i turend up the music and he was kicking sitting in the bean bag chair... he fell asleep kicking on the bean bag chair LOL we got through it!
I play a couple of quick rounds of solitaire on the computer. Or call my sister :)
