The bank we set my daughters account up with does not let us have a debit card or online banking so just purely checks. Is anyone elses bank like this ? I was just wondering how I am supposed to use it, just get a cash withdrawal and save whatever receipts I use the money on ?

Yes, that is what I do.  I always spend way more than the amount I get.  I withdraw and spend it on the things they need.

Our bank didnt have those type of accounts so I had to use Wells Fargo. I have a checking and savings account and the checks should be deposited in there from now on. I was told they NEVER ask for receipts. Just keep track of what you spend and how much because they send you a form once every year just asking what you used the funds for. She said I could use the funds for anything for my son basically. As well as rent, bills, etc.
