When you "bump" you're just bumping the post up to the top of the forum. Its good for when your post gets buried and noone sees it. You just Bump it! :)

To post a link all I do is copy and paste. That's the only way I know how.

^^^ That's the only way I know how to post a link as well. And, yes, that's right, bump a thread if you want to push it to the top of the page for more people to see it. :-)

You can either type in the word bump and add reply or hit the "Bump Post" button at the bottom of each page.

All it does is bump the post to the top of the discussion list so people can see it/find it more easily.

To post a link... first type in the word or phrase you want to use as your link... such as "my profile"...

Then go to the page you want to link to and copy the URL at the top of the browser.

Then, come back here and highlight that word or phrase {my profile} and click the little chain link button right beside the green "Add a SweetPea" button at the top of the text box.

A box will pop up... in the top line paste the copied url...

Then in the bottom line you MUST give your link a Title or it won't work.

Then click Insert... and voila'... you have a link to My Profile.
