Not a real diagnosis? Vent. Questions.
So, apparently it's not a 'real' diagnosis since it came from his
pediatrician. Looks like I have to wait to get the packet from the
specialist, return the packet, wait for the specialist to review it, and
tell us when to come in. How long should that process take? Is the packet a lot of material to fill out?
I am however hoping that since we've been worried since the last time this came up around 18 months that his pedi's 'diagnosis' will be enough to get things starts with the school. His speech therapy starts back next tuesday so I'll just have to bring it up with her.
don't give a rats ass if he has autism or not, I mean I obviously care but I don't care what the label is. I just want to know what
IS going on because there is no doubt in anyone's mind that something is going on and get him help.
