Same. I don't want a TV in his room also because he gets addicted to it easily, and I like to keep track of what he's watching. But we also limit it before bedtime for the reason above. I remember reading about this years ago when I had insomnia and was researching ways to reduce it. Computers and TV are not advised before bedtime.
