Ooh, I just found a really fun GF pizza crust recipe I'm sure would work with dairy free cheese: http://yourlighterside.com/easy-pizza-crust/ Just make sure you get the dairy free cheese that melts "just like real cheese!" and double check the labels!! They can sometimes sneak gluten into the "cheese".

amazon.com has a ton of cook books and if you google cooking blogs, you can find hundreds of gluten-free recipes/dairy free recipes.

We started a lot of rice. We do tofu stir fries with rice noodles. Our walmart has them in the Asian section. I love pasta too and actually prefer rice noodles. I have not even tried a GFCF pizza. My DD eats rice chex with soy milk for breakfast and a banana or egg.

My son(2) only eats "crunchy" things, we are having problems with texture & he also LOVES milk & juice... Any recipes or tips on things to try would help me as well!

Try www.spunkycoconut.com. All her recipes are dairy free. Will likes the 5 minute mac and cheese" made with cashews. Amy's has a frozen GFCF mac and cheese too. We use almond milk instead of regular so that might work.

Also like the ADHD & Autism Cookbook. Our library carries it. The sensory pot pie muffins are a staple in our house. Really like www.elanaspantry.com too. All her stuff is so easy and good.
