What is your child's favorite color?

 Jonathan loves black...loves to wear it...color with it, but his teachers think this is odd?   I like to wear black (it is slimming) and I don't see why it matters.  He would wear a black shirt with stripes every day if I would let him.  He also loves stripes. His teacher said it was a depressing color.  Stephen, on the other hand loves purple, much to my husband's chargrin....lol

Matthew likes blue.

His teacher is too judgey! Black is elegant, mysterious, rock and roll and bold!

I've got a Jonathan, too, but his favorite color is blue. Electric, bold, energetic blue. It suits him perfectly.

My oldest used to adore red but here recently he has decided that his favorite color is now green. Grass green, Kelly green. It's fresh and vibrant just like he is.

Neither of my kids have shown any preference for any color. That's a little unusual for a 9 year old girl.

aiden likes purple too!  he also seems to like yellow, if you give him a choice it's usually purple or yellow.   i dont have him in purple shirts though.  i don't see a problem with black shirts its kind of rock and roll!

GREEN for DS and BLUE for DD. Purple for me, can you tell? DH doesn't claim a "favorite", but if I had to guess, I would say blue.

Oh as far as Stephen loving purple, my oldest DS loves pink and purple. Why? Because he said he looks good in it;) dark hair and olive skin, girls do flock to it.
