See what CafeMoms are saying about saving time this holiday season..
Too many times we see the hardships and not the blessings of autism. So I thought it would be a good idea to post all the good stuff that we see!
I'll start. :)
Sometimes my son points out the most direct and simple answer to a problem that I've deemed too omplicated to fathom- and he winds up being right!
My son has taught me honor- especially when I don't hold up to my end of the bargain sometimes!
Out of the mouth of babes- even if that 'babe' is my 14 year-old son. Sometimes he's really funny!
I love the fact that he's taller than me and can reach stuff I can't. HE is thrilled that he can help me by getting things off the upper shelves- he likes being a hero!
So, what do your autistic kiddies do that's great?
