after a long night at work yesterday I went to the gym. I had an amazing workout! I increased the resistance on the AbMachine from 30lbs to 45lbs, did a bunch of situps, did some incline training on the treadmill and did 3 miles on the bike. I feel awesome but will be focusing on more of a jumprope, pushup exercise today.
Any good days for YOU lately? anything you want to share?

I got a good workout in this morning. I added in the treadmill to my routine. 1. I've never done it and 2. I haven't been to the gym all week so my body wasn't ready for that intense of a workout. My legs hurt already, im not looking forward to the morning.

I went water skiing this week, and though I found out I'm not as young as I used to be (Lol), I had a lot of fun.
