The kids usually eat cereal and I will have a banana or something like that.  Some days I decide to cook but the kids aren't big breakfast eaters.  If bacon is involved, they could eat a whole package themselves...lol.  Will used to like cinnamon rolls but he isn't eating them much anymore.

Me, usually yogurt or granola.  The boys cereal, cinnamon toast, fruit, or eggs.

Coffee for sure. :) I keep frozen waffles and syrup for kids and link sausage. They do good with that.

Cottage cheese with blueberries, and agave nectar.

This morning I had 2 scrambled eggs with cheese and avacado and a slice of whole wheat toast.

Ostara had an Eggo waffle, grapes and milk. She also likes Honey Kix or Daddys pancakes or oatmeal with brown sugar (she won't eat the instant stuff)

Sometimes I will have yogurt, sometimes a bagel, sometimes a protein drink like Muscle Milk. It just depends on the day.

Donovan is a tough one when it comes to food. He will drink pediasure or eat some dry cereal or graham crackers.
