So, after not being able to sleep and doing research all night to rule things out and figure out what it could possibly be, and different treatments, when I called my vet this morning, they are closed till monday. I had to make like 20 phone calls to find a vet who was open at 7am on a saturday who'd talk to me. After hearing what was going on, got a prescription for prednisone and a hardcore antibiotic to tide us over until we get him into the vet on monday for biopsies to make sure it's not cancerous.
Hopefully, it's just some bacterial or full body infection that caused him to get sick and his lymphnodes to swell up.
The thing that is in his favor is his age (he's 23 months.) so that reduces his risk of cancer just based on statistics that it's usually dogs over the age of 5 that get lymphoma. (but, NOT in his favor is it's prone in bulldogs and a few other breeds... and he's a bulldog.)
So it's still a possibility and has to be ruled out....
Here's what he currently looks like, even if it's cancer, the prednisone should reduce swelling and beat it into submission temporarily to give him some relief while we figure out what to do next.
