Who has multiple kids in spectrum?

Going to b 36. I have a 6 yr old ASD; a typical 4 yr old girl.. We are contemplating neutering the husband(lol). That would then eliminate the idea if a third child we grapple with. Husband is afraid of autism again
How many have had a third? Do they have autusm?
