My child is autistic but he also is developmentally delayed, he has a seizure disorder as well. We have had him tested once before but at the time he didn't pass their test I told them I didn't agree with their results the young girl who gave my son the test and told me he missed it by a couple points. My son is not the poster child for autism and believe me I do not want him to be anything but healthy but I know my child I live with him I know his habits and I have done the research. I don't mean to go on like I am his Dr even had in his record him as pdd and now he changes his mind. I'm just wondering if anyone has ever gone through this and any advice? I'm getting a second opinion. Thanks.

When my son's neurologist didn't believe he had Autism we had a psychologist diagnose him and she did diagnose him with mild Autism.

Definitely doesn't hurt to get a second opinion. :)
