Pull-Ups for Larger Kids

Does anyone know of anywhere to get larger sized pull ups? Jacob is currently wearing pampers cruisers, size 6 but I'm working on switching to pull ups. He is 3yrs old and 48lbs. I've seen pull-ups that go up to 5T but I'm not sure they would fit him. He wears 6T in pants.....

I think you might check with a medical supply store. They wouldn't be "pull up" brand though.

Have you googled it?

With my oldest we did good nights brand with him. After he grew out of those, we had to go to a medicinal supply store. They aren't pull ups though, they are like diapers.

How did you like the Goodnites brand? Are they very absorbant?

Thanks. Have you used them? Which brand do you prefer if you have?

They aren't to bad. Pretty absorbent.

My son is 5. He is 45ish inches tall and around 40-45 pounds. He wears Target's Up brand size 6 diapers. I'm surprised they fit so well. I know they aren't pull ups. The pull ups, at least for us, never held up well for my son. There was always leakage.
