Afraid of the baby?

So, these are my four amazing kids, the oldest two (Annie, who's 6 and Tobi, who's 5) have autism.  Our baby, Cortana, is four months old now, and a very mellow, happy baby. But for some reason, Tobi is terrified of her touching him.  Even if her hand slightly touches him, he'll have a huge melt down.  He keeps telling me that he's afraid of her.  He wasn't like this with his brother, Alistair, who's 21 months old now.  Any suggestions on how to get him more comfortable with her?
