I am currently reading "overcoming autism" by Lynn Koegel. Even though, it is a 2004 book, it is a great and positive book. Great info and motivation. Highly recommended!!

No. My son LOVES long pants and Long sleeves... He loves clothes that let him know where his body is. He HATES transitioning to shorts and short sleeves come summer. Its painful. Lol

when he was a baby Id put him in short sleeves, and he would cry, pull at the sleeves and say "broken" becauee the sleeves were broken in his eyes... Lol.

He has poor body awareness and without the fabric on his arms and legs, he doesnt really know where they are.

He also HATES tags, clothing that is too light (like Pjs) and undies... He hates the elastic on undies.
