So far the only one that applies in my home is the first one...... and that one extends to don't be offended when our daughter leads us to the door to leave your house after a few minutes, lol.
In our home don't be surprised if my son walks up and points out every letter on your shirt. If you don't like this don't wear anything with words.
In our home the ABC's is our Anthem you sing along or sit quietly til it is over. Sometimes we do encores of it so don't be surprised if you go to sleep singing it to yourself that night
