Yes - but I also worry as much about my NT son, just about ditterent things.  It might just be motherhood for me.

always no one can really tell that michael is disabled and they consider him weird i just wish someone other than family would take the time to get to know him

Yes, constant worry and stress, not the guilt part though.  And I agree with another poster, some of it is just me as I worry about my NT kid too probably more than is healthy.  There is a different level of worry that comes with my ID kids though.
