Get the pet odor carpet powder! Leave it in for 20 minutes, then vacuum. Then put on another layer, but just a little, and leave it. Also crack a window open to let air circulate. That's what I do when my dog has an attitude problem and poops in the house

Best stuff ever is called Natures Miricle. It uses enzymes to get rid of the smell instead of covering them up. You get it at the pet store. PetSmart has it. It's not cheap but so worth it!
Also, try to air out the room. Open windows.
On the other hand. They probably won't go in his room and if they do, share your frustration. It may help you get more services.

I would vaccum the floors with carpet powder.

Ok Mommas I think I got it!!!!!

For anyone else who may need this,,,,

I scrubbed it all in vinegar, Then I placed two slices of white bread in an open container covered in vinegar. It absorbs the smell! I went back over the carpet with orange cleaner.

I think I have it!!!!
