I have NO idea what to get Colin this year. He WANTS a 3D printer and a PS4, but those aren't happening.

What are you thinking of getting for your kid?

I'm done with my younger three, just my oldest left.  But he wants a drum set, so that is one big purchase and done.  The littles each got a couple books, a video, shoes, pjs, and then a couple toys.  My son is getting more kinetic sand, a monster bowling set, a costume, and a light up/noisy shark car.  One daughter is a JOY doll, barbies, stuffed dog, riding outfit for her 18 inch doll.  my littles is getting a stuffed purple Mini Mouse, a doll outfit, bubble guppies toy, and a flappy toy. I just need candy and fidgets for stockings.

Ashton's birthday is in a few weeks and my dd just had a birthday a few weeks ago.. Once we get past Ashtons birthday, I will start thinking of Christmas. My 3 yo.. He has a pretty long list already. His birthday is early January so he has a pretty extensive Christmas and birthday list. I'm sure my older 2 will start talking about their Christmas lists soon as well...

You should look in to a play station vita if your not completely against gaming. It's basically a hand held PS4 for like $150. I usually spend around $10 for a game so it's not like crazy over priced.

My son's main gift is actually for the item I mentioned above its Disney infinity, I traded in some old games and got the starter set for $2. It was a DEAL.

He will also get some lego sets, and what ever else I can find. I'm not a big toy buyer through out the year so we do Christmas big.

I have a few items in my Amazon wish list.
My youngest wants Ninjago characters so I have some of those.
My oldest wants the Big Bang Theory Lego set.
My middle is all about light bulbs and electrical stuff so I found a science kit he can use to do fun but simple things with.

Probably some kind of Lego or Playmobil set, and a video game.

Mine are getting memories this year. No gifts or toys, well they will get a little something to unwrap, but it will be cheap, because the memories we will give them will be with way more.
