Herbs

I grow herbs on my back deck in containers. They are in full sun. They usually do really well unless they catch some weird disease, lol.

Now, here is my question. My front yard is full shade. I want to grow herbs on my front porch. I have researched this to see what will grow in shade. Right now on my porch I have thyme, lemon balm and mint. They seem to be doing ok. I'm watching them closely, lol.

I would like to know if you have successfully grown herbs in the shade and if so which ones?

Thanks

My guess is they'll do fine. Herbs seem to be pretty sturdy as you can grow indoors with not much problems. Our are in boxes in front and I'd say they get 50/50 sun and shade. Hopefully someone's knows about complete shade!
