Hello ladies. I am so happy that I have finally found a group to give me the kick in the butt I need to stay on track, and finally take the weight off. I had been going to ww meetings and I loved it. The program taught me about portion control, how to tweak my recipies to make them healthier, and recipies for healthy snacks and desserts. Unfortunately, the program got a bit to expensive so I stopped going to meetings. I have been trying to do the program at home just using the books and tools I got at the centers, and I have lost about 5lbs, but I really miss the support I got by going to the meetings. I tried using ww online site, but everytime I post a question or ask for support, someone replies with a rude message telling me to "Move along Newbie", or "Why don't you go to meeting moron?" I only use the ww site to track my food and exercize points. Sorry to rant, but I have been struggling with my weight for 20years, and I am sick of yo-yoing. I am looking forward to any and all advice and tips that you ladies can offer me.
