So bummed out!!!

I have been working out like mad for 3 weeks now. I seem to have hit a roadblock and can't get past this 10 pound mark. And my knees are about to just call it quits on me! They hurt so so bad. I don't want to quit doing what I am doing. I am afraid if I move to something more low impact I will never lose the weight. I don't know what to do. :(

First I have seen that I do not tend to lose weight until my breaktimes. Your body needs to recover too...
