OK, this could take a page or two. lol. You'll want too eat as "clean" as possible, meaning the closer it came from nature the better. Fruits/veggies etc. You want your carbs to be COMPLEX carbs and not simple carbs. (the less processed the better) so that means whole grains. (think brown instead of white...brown rice, steel cut oatmeal, sprouted grain bread...if you do whole wheat bread make sure it's not "enriched wheat" bread, it's got to be 100% whole wheat, but the sprouted kind is even better.) You want lean protein, chicken, turkey, fish. and remember you still need fats in your diet, but you want the healthy fats like olive oil, nuts (portion control!) avocado (portion control there too. lol) coconut oil, etc If you can google "foods that alkalize your body" that'll get you on the right track. An acidic body wont release fat. No Sugar, white flour, soda, limit your dairy to low fat, and limit your red meat IF you have any at all, to the leanest possible and have it sparingly.
OK, that being said, I do have a list of weight loss tips that I can send you that has some of this info and more. Just message me and put "list of tips" in the subject line.
You CAN do this!

healthy**..please send me the list ,if you dont mind :) i have a lil boy whos 13 months an ive gained soo much weight .its ridiculous :(
My husband is living the no/low carb way. He has lost a lot weight in almost a year. I personally cant go longer than 3 months with no/low carb. I did a side by side review..and the weight I lost just lowering my calories was about the same I did struggling not to eat carbs. Ive lost about 35 pounds in a year. Not huge amount but I figure it took me a few years to get here it will take me a couple to take it off. (I have about 30 to go- yayy!)
This is an example of what I eat:
Breakfast..coffee with splenda and low fat cream. 1cup Special K cereal with 1/2 cup 2% milk sometimes orange juice on the side. (Another favorite breakfast, is 2-3 pieces of low fat bacon and wheat toast) :)
Lunch Ham & cheese sandwich on wheat.. sometimes w/ chips or banana
Dinner one serving of what ever we are having if its not to high in calories..and a big salad with 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil & seasonings. Be sure to measure ur food..and oils.
Snacks, usually fruit, caramel rice cakes, or even a granola bar.
I find the biggest issue is serving size. Instead pouring a huge bowl of cereal, I measure out a up or 3/4 cup..depending on the item. If you read your labels its not too bad. Measuring cups and spoons are my best friend in doing this.
Also myfitnesspal.com is a great tool. Also ww is a great option. I follow the old plan and it works..and the info is out there for free. Just takes a little research. Goodluck!
Think of it as a Life change. W/ ACE you can eat what ever you choose, just in smaller portions.. I've lost 17 lbs since Feb and I feel really good.. Ace gives you no jitters, no crashing.. It curbs your appetitie and cravings and gives you a clean smooth boost of energy you need to be a mom :) especially at that 2pm time when you need that nap.
