Okay I did not fair too well in the weight loss battle in 2011, but in 2012 I am determined. I have a few underlying motivators (yep revenge of the "look at me now" is one of them) but I am more determined than ever. I bought a stepper to use at home (not much room for anything bigger). I signed up for a gym membership at work today and I am gonna begin that tomorrow. I started tracking my calories this week. I decided to use slim fast to jump start things a bit plus give me more time for working out on my lunch hour. So today I went and bought some shakes, fruits, nuts, fish, chicken, and healthier foods. I am gonna swap my coffee with the flavored creamer for tea with sweetener in the morning and the water drinking is a breeze for me. I bought a planner to track my foods, my exercise, and to set goals. I hope I can keep this up and see results very soon!!!! I can't wait to see what happens!!!!
