Not gonna lie, I have a sweet tooth. And that is my biggest downfall when it comes to losing weight. So when I found this recipe AND it was so good my HUSBAND couldn't put them down I knew I had to share it with you ladies!

This recipe I found online titled "Nick Malgieri's Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookie"

1 C Flour

1 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 tsp Salt

(sift together)

2 TBS butter (room temp)

1/2 C Granulated Sugar

1/2 C Brown Sugar

1 egg

1/4 C unsweetened applesauce

1 tsp Vanilla

1 1/3 C oats

1/2 Raisins

Mix then add dry ingredients

Bake 10 min @ 375*

I subbed in sugar in the raw instead of granulated, and spelt flour (lower in gluten and higher in protein) instead of wheat.

Here are the stats: Based on 2 dozen yield.

Calories: 74

Fat: 1.3 g

Carbs:14.6 g

Protein: 1.3 g
