We need to know ladies...what are your goals?? How much do you want to lose overall?? Inches and or in lbs. Tell us what size your in and what size you WANT to be in! AND how long do you have to achieve your goal? Also, what are you hoping to accomplish during your journey of losing weight ( besides losing the weight )...more self confidence? Better skin? Healtheir lifeystle? Lets us know =)

Me personally... I want to lose 30-35 lbs by June 1st. I want to be in a size 5! I am hoping to lose at least 4 lbs a week =) I also want more self confidence, hopefully better skin, be able to keep up with my kids more, I am hoping this experience will make me feel like me again.

Well I'd Like To Go From 237 To about 165Lbs. I want to better Improve My Family And My Lifestyle. I'm Hoping That This Will Make Me More Motivated And Give me back the energy I want To be able to Do Things In My Day to Day Life That I Cant Now And/Or Am Too Lazy To Do Now. I Dont Really Have a Time Frame Set For This Goal Because My Husband And I Would Like To Possibly Try For Our Second Child Around May. so I guess More Than Anything I Want To Improve Myself Now So That I Can Already be In a New Lifestyle While I'm Pregnant And After....If that Makes sense....Hmmmm....

A few months ago i was about 189lbsand i desperately want to go back down to about 140lbs. i just want to be able to fit into a pair of my pre-baby jeans. that's all. other than that i only have maternity clothes(kind of as a motivation to not let myself get comfortable) but it really sucks not having clothes i feel comfortable in. i want to look good for my husband. he loves me and supports me and has never once said or done anything to make me feel self conscious so it makes me want it all the more.it's really hard for me to deal with my body the way it is right now and a big part of it is the baby belly (the skin left over). i guess my goal is about 6 months. i dont have time for myself to workout really so i'm going to rely on dieting for now until i get settled in a house.

 my current weight is 158 & i want to be around 115. so i have 43lbs to lose. i am hoping to be able to lose that around June, specifically June 21st which is the first day of summer. i am sick of being out of shape and having this big gut. i want to feel better about my self, be able to do activities w/o huffing and puffing & being out of breath. i also want to be able to fit into my old jeans and wear a smaller pant size.

I Want to go from 165 to around 115-120. I wanna feel skinny and gain some self confidence. I'm afraid it will be harder than I expect being on the depo shot. But I'm really trying :/

 Id like to lose 50 pounds by new years. I would like to learn to eat healthyer. i want to feel sexy again. i want my husband to look at me and be attracted to me again.(he says he is but idk why) i need confidence. i use to be in size 12 pants im now in 18. dang hips lol

Me personally, I want to go from 152 to 117...Thats about 42lbs...but if I could get down to 105 by New Years 2012 I would be extatic.

Besides losing the weight I have other goals, I would love healthier skin and hair.  I also have been trying to grow my hair out..

I want for my family to be healthier overall.  Its also my hope that by me working hard to lose weight it will motivate my husband to do the same thing..He weighs around 300 (best guess) and I really worry about him.  I figure I cant MAKE him exercise, but I can cook healthier and make changes to cut calories.  Its kind of my sneaky way to get him to lose weight without having to nagg him to death...

 Personally I would like to lose 40-45 lbs by the summer time.  I would also like to be in a size 5 or at least a 7.  I am currently at 180 lbs and want to get down to 140 or 135.  Losing this weight will not only make me feel better about myself but allow me to live an overall healthier lifestyle.

well i used to to be very fit like going to the gym daily and constantly walking, but when I got pregnant I gained 70lbs. I had my daughter about a month ago and I lost 30 lbs but i would like to lose another 43 lbs to be at my pre pregnancy weight. I would like to get my legs in better shape, right now I am in a size 11 I used to wear a 7, so that is my goal again :) I want to gain my self confidence back and feel comfortable in my body again. My brother's weeding is in may so I'm hoping to be down to 125lbs by then.
