QUESTION ABOUT CALORIES AND EXERCISE!!!!!

Ok, so I am counting calories like a mad woman right now. I am aiming for 1200 calories a day but I usually get between 100 and 900 calories. I am also exercising about 2 hrs a day right now (not all at once). But here is the question: When counting calories do you add in the number of calories burnt or what???

I am using myfitnesspal, and thst does everything for me.  I believe they subtract the callories you eat from your calorie goal, and then give you more calories to eat when you log your excersize..

 ussually u deduct/subtract the calories u burn from the calories u've ate.
