Ladies,

I just wanted to share with you my journey to better health and weight loss.  I have high blood pressure, so as far as losing weight and making a lifestyle change as far as my diet is concerned, I don't have a choice. However, I didn't decide to get extremely serious until this summer.   So, my doctor gave me the dreaded list, you know the list, the list of foods that you can/cannot eat. Bummer!!  Yes, bummer, because I happen to be a good cook, as some of you ladies have seen. 

So, here is what I do:  Every morning I walk three miles, I drink plenty of water, I no longer eat fried foods, but if I have to fry it, I use olive oil, I eat skinless chicken or I will simply pull the skin off, I eat salads with light ranch dressing, I eat turkey meat instead of pork or beef, I use Mrs. Dash seasonings.   I could go on and on about my new diet, but the lifestyle change has truly made a difference in my health.  In addition to the above, I take colon cleansers regularly (I sell them).  Now, here are the results:  I have clothing that is too big, I have gotten very flexible (if you get my drift...hehe), I have more energy, I feel sexier, etc.  If you ladies have any questions or need advice, I am more than happy to help.
