The way this game is played, is someone asks a question with 2 options.

Example: Would you rather party with "The Situation" or Hot tub with Vinnie?

and then the next person answers, and then posts their own question.

FIRST QUESTION: Would rather rock Snookie's poof or J-Woww's fake boobs?
