What does--- one coupon per purchase mean?

Can I use a b1g1 coupon with a 2 dollar off 1 coupon

 i think this means that you can use 1 coupon per item. like if you buy 4 tubes of toothpaste then you can use 4 coupons total.

i believe you can you 1 manufacturers coupons AND one store coupon per item.

Most stores that have in-store coupons ( Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS, Target, etc. ) will allow you to stack 1 manufacturer coupon with 1 store coupon for the same item.

For example, I had 20 manufacturers coupons for buy1get1 Herbal Essence Hair products and was able to find 40 Target coupons for 50 cents off each Herbal Essence product, this allowed me to purchase 40 Herbal Essence Hair products for about $44 after taxes.
