advice on sizing?

I got asked to make a bandanna skirt for a girl in size 4t... the one that I made (in the other post) is like a 2t/3t and only 11" long.

How long do you think a 4t should be? I don't wanna make a hoochie skirt. lol

That sounds good. Kids aren't growing as fast at this point ne more. I know my son is 3 & there isn't too much of a length diff between sizes @ this point.

I was reading a tutorial for a skirt earlier and the 4T on it was 13inches long, so yeah the previous advice sounds about right :)
