cake pops?

i want to make cake pops for ds' party on tuesday - i've never made them before though? any tips or tricks i should know?

 I have made them several times. My advice...give yourself time. don't try to do this all in one day. Make your cake the day before, so you don't have to worry if it is cool enough. Roll your cake pops and cool them in the refrigerator for a few hours to make sure they are cold enough. Insert the sticks, then put them back in the fridge for another hour or so. Then you can dip them. If they are not cool enough before you do the finally dip, they will fall of the sticks. i hope this helps :) good luck, and have fun

Add some crisco to your chocolate/candy melts so that way its not super thick

Never made them but it sounds like fun....I have seen them - think I am going to try making some this weekend!!
