For cookies like this? These are heart shaped sugar cookies with chocolate and royal icing. Packaged and ready for my children's classrooms. Dh and I are thinking about starting up a bakery and so I ask you ladies, how much would you pay for a large cookie like this?

Cute packaging! $1.00? Idk I don't really buy cookies because well because I eat enough junk food as it is haha. But if I bought one and they were awesome I'd pay more for it kwim? Also I can't really tell how big they are. How much are those big cookies at Jimmy Johns? I buy those :)

If those are big, $2-3 I they're "regular" sized, $1-2.

The cutter I used was 3.5 inches wide by 3.5 inches long. They tasted pretty good, I'm more of a chocolate fan than sugar cookies LOL. I was thinking about 1-1.50$ for the easy ones like that and 2-2.50 for the more elaborate ones. Then if we did smaller sizes it could be 2 for 1$ or a dozen minis for 2$ We've also been playing around with ideas on cupcakes, pies, cakes, bread, and pastries. But we have no small time bakeries in our area to really get an idea from.

I'd pay $2 for one for the kids. We were just talking today that there are no small bakeries here either.

For now it would be at BIL's fruit stand and taking special orders. When we get up the money to rent a space we'd like to be either downtown area or in a strip mall. BTW I'm in Nampa, ID. We might even do some items shipped to other states.
