I know it's not clicky but this is the house we're looking at.  A long time ago we let the dream of homeownership die because it just didn't seem like it was going to happen.  Now SO wants to try again.  There's a few different avenues we're going to try so please send us some prayers,  happy thoughts etc?  The house is amazing,  we went to see it last night without the realtor and we're making an appointment for a walkthrough this week coming.  It just seems too perfect to be true (besides the price but it's very reasonable for what it is and the prices around here)

So the mortgage broker called last night and said that she hasn't gone to the lenders yet but she thinks we'll qualify for around 190,000 which is almost the price of the house!  She's getting to the lenders today and will likely have it solid for us by wednesday!!!!  It'll be some negotiating with the seller and the lenders but we could be in THIS house with CENTRAL AIR lol by June/July!!!!  I have pics of what will likely be my new craft room just have to upload them from my phone.  SOOOOOOOO damn excited!!!!

Good luck!  We rented for years and finally had a house built about 5 yrs ago, while we are completly housepoor, it is nice to have a house to call our own instead of dumping money into someone elses mortgage.
