Can someone quickly crochet this and tell me what you end up with?
Ok. I don't know if I am just miles off when it comes to normal tension/gauge, or if this pattern is written entirely too small.
Can someone crochet this, and tell me the measurements you have when done? It's just a basic beanie with 6 increases per row...
H (5mm) hook, worsted weight yarn
Ch4, sl st to form ring
Ch1 (counts as 1st sc), sc into ring 5 times (total of 6 st)
2sc in ea sc around (12 st)
*sc, 2sc* around (18)
*sc in next 2 st, 2sc* around (24)
*sc in next 3 st, 2sc* around (30)
*sc in next 4 st, 2sc* around (36)
Sc in continuous rounds until hat measures 6.5"
Ok, what circumference is your beanie?

Yarn weights basically refer to the thickness of the yarn...
0 - Lace
1 - Super Fine
2 - Fine
3 - Light
4 - Medium
5 - Bulky
6 - Super Bulky
Worsted is in the #4 category =)

Lol! Apparently neither can I. What I ended up with wasn't even CLOSE to the size it's supposed to be... =/
I've adjusted accordingly, and managed to finish it in the right size, but I wanna know if the pattern is off or if I'm just ridiculous c;
