So I have talked DH into purchasing me an embroidery machine. I'm geeked about getting one! Does anyone have any recommendations for one? I've looked on Google and read reviews but I get discouraged the second I read a bad review. Plus, I know basically nothing about them...other than knowing I want one! lol TIA ladies!

I have a viking designer topaz 20, I LOVE it but it was not cheap!
my one bit of advice... you get what you pay for. do not go with the cheapest, there is a reason they are cheap, they are not capable of doing high quality embroidery.

Mine is old and I have no clue how to use it. My mom has a brand new Viking that ran her about $1,000 and it does everything! I just haven't had the time to play with it.
