The end of the year gift I made for my son's teacher
My son this year did did an extensive research project about the great blue heron. His teacher is an avid bird lover. I was going to just give money to the end of the year gift, but my son was very adamant and asked me if I could make her a birds nest necklace. It is a new technique that I added to my jewelry making repertoire this year. I am going to include a card to let her know this was his special request because he thought she would love it. I am also going to thank her for taking care of my good egg.
