My niece's first bday theme is rainbows so my sil had me make her a tutu dress(I posted about it awhile ago). She hates playing dress up hence the scowl lol. but it's super cute on her. The headband is just tulle rosettes on ribbon with a strip of elastic sewn on the back. She's always wearing head bands and I figured she didn't have one to match so I used the extra material I have.
