As alot of you know, we moved at the beginning of the month, and we've been adjusting to apartment living. Only issue we have is our upstairs neighbor has a heavy foot, and his dog has the weirdest bark. I FINALLY managed to get a video of this dog barking at me!
He's a sweet dog and the cutest thing, but OMG this bark!

It sounds like he got his vocals cords removed, but they grew back
