Do you put tracking on your orders??
I use to pay $1.95 to ship orders out, but last week got a scare bc a package didn't show up for about a week, when it normally takes a couple of days.
So I just shipped out two orders, and tracking is $2.80!!! Nearly 3 bucks! I only charge $2.25 for shipping
Should I bump up shipping costs to $3.00 bucks, or not put tracking on Them??

I charge 3 bucks shipping so I can get delivery confirmation. The only ones I dont to delivery confirmation is for giveaways. I know when you print out your stuff from USPS.com it's free delivery confirmation but I'd rather support my very small local post office.

What do you sell? I would be afraid to ship something and then have the customer come back and say I have not received it..If your customers are okay with paying 3.00 for shipping then I would make it three. You still have to be able to make a little bit of money at the end of the sale..It's another .75C I do not think they will get upset over that..If it becomes to much of an issue x it...

Huh? It was an extra .80 cents more. The post office is about ten minutes away from me.. I'm not cheap per say,but I figure I should at least charge what I have to pay out of pocket

You won't. I ship larger stuff mostly off ebay (2 accounts means double the free listing!) and we charge baised on weight and we don't make anything off postage. We make it off the item- we just sold a motorcycle seat that we got for 125 at a yard sale for 350. More then double in less then a week :)
People will always want stuff for free and unless u jack up your item price and charge "free shipping" which annoys me cause you ARE paying for shipping, then they won't be happy.
