DD is out growing he favorite shirt. I want to make it in to a lap quilt for her, but I don't trust my skills!

Anyone make quilts? Are you taking customs next month or so?
Quote me a price?

I will provide the shirt, but I will leave the other fabrics up to you!

I could try. Right now I'm working stuff for a craft fair on Saturday. I'm also 32 weeks pregnant but I have time during the day since my daughters are in school. I probably can't give you a price until I do an estimate on the cost of materials.

When I get to my computer, I can post a few pics of quilts I've made.

Here are some pictures.  The quilts are various sizes and some of the pics are just of the layout.  I didn't take pictures of the finished items before gifting or haven't had the chance to.

Cute!
Could you do a bigger square in the middle and then the smaller squares?
The shirt is a hippo and her name.
My budget is $50 max. Do you think it would cost more than that?

I think I could do that. :)

Does she have favorite colors and/or do you want certain colors to match her shirt?

I'm going to be offline for a few hours to work on my craft fair stuff but I'll be back on later.

This is the shirt. Really goofy hippo, but it's her favorite. Lol.

Anything to match this!
Congrats on the pregnancy BTW! I am 22 weeks. Planning on this being one of DDs "big sister" presents :)

Very cute! Thank you and congrats on your pregnancy!

I do have to finish up the Strawberry Shortcake quilt but that shouldn't take me very long.

Do you mind if I ask for half of the money now and then half when you get the finished product?

Not a problem.
Do you have a store or feed back anywhere by any chance?

And about what size would it be?

No, not yet.

Last thanksgiving, my daughter got a g-tube. Instead of using gauze and tape around her button area, I decided to make little covers. I was planning on starting up a FB page but then I found out I was pregnant in February. I had the page named as Brooke's Buttons and never opened it to the public. Now that I'm participating in a craft fair and printed up business cards, I'll have to get the page set up by Friday.

What size were you thinking of? The last picture I posted was around an infant crib size. Does that size sound good, do you want smaller, do you want bigger?

Cute quilts! I made dd one but it cost me $60 to have it sewn together plus cost of materials. I made hers pretty big though, illpost a pic after this reply since I'm mobile. I'm glad you found someone to help you!
