Square Owl beanie *new pic

 Here is my square owl beanie, it matches a onesie that I am going to have my little man come home in. Unfortunately my main color isn't exact, but it looks pretty dern cute, I think!! I am just debating on adding in all blue braids or not, my husband apparently doesn't like the braids, but I think it would be cute, because the owl on the shirt has blue wings to match the blue in the eyes. Suggestions?? I am hopeful to make shoes to match, just not sure how the face will go making it to scale. lol

 I'll add this pic here, it is in my reply. My first two attempts at shoes and I can tell which was first. :) So with the pic, braids or no??

When I do owl hats, I always do braids. I just think they look really cute and add a lot to the hat.

 I have always done braids with earflaps, so that may just be why i want to do it, you know? Feels like it isn't complete. But this ppic is growing on me. haha I am so indifferent right now.

 Thanks all. :) I think I may add braids to one side and see if I like it. I finished a shoe, haha not sure how I feel about it.

 One side with braids and two shoes. I can tell which shoe was my first one, the second is better. LOL What do we think ladies???
